Liked my brilliant stay for winter time. I got great breakfast with the best croissants. This was the best possible and top location just off the shopping centre and underground, great public transport links and many shops and restaurants and the Museum Quarter.

I was hoping for a comfortable stay, but were greeted by pillows that woudl ve been better suited for a toddler. The noise from the restaurant was like an unwanted guest at 3am. Even after my complaints, no upgrade was offered, quite shocking for a place that claims to be so charming, but i just couldn't appreciate the chaos.

Great layout and furniture in the large suite. The main bed felt comfy. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils. Delicious breakfast with wholegrain bread and tasty rice soup starting the day right. The location was convenient, with easy access to the subway and local shops. The noise from the nearby restaurant was quite disruptive at times was good. The pillows were uncomfortable, needing replacement for better sleep. The lack of hair conditioner was a minor inconvenience for light travelers. My stay lasted four nights, and overall, it served as a lovely base for my adventures in the city.

When I booked I fell for the beautiful courtyard, and it was just as wonderful in reality and a perfect place to eat your breakfast. The breakfast buffet was very nice and all the food was really fresh! The reception staff is so lovely and helpful and the hotel is in a very quiet and beautiful area, but still close to everything. We'll definitly go back, thank you!
There was no aircon or fan in the room, but then again it was extremely hot when we went and so I guess there's usually no need for that- it was 35 degrees outside which is probably not that common in Vienna =)

Nice rooms; large shower; good breakfast; very kind and helpful staff; good position quite close tu the center. Space to leave bycicles during night.
No parking place for all the guests, at our arrival if was full, anyway they suggested us another area (with even lower prices). The shower was not cleaned after the first night. In 3 nights the sheets were not changed, even if expected with these hotel prices.

This hotel has a cozy courtyard and serves tasty Philippine food, which my family enjoyed. With 5 teenagers and 2 kids, we loved the spacious suite. Playing table tennis was a fun family bonding activity that kept everyone entertained.
My wife says that the lack of air conditioning can be uncomfortable in summer.

The hotel has a very nice atmosphere. The building has an inner courtyard, which is very nice. Very personal service. So different from the average standard city hotels.
Bathroom was on the smallish side.
